As Founder and Director of Organisational Change and Development, Dr Brenda Jamnik specialises in realigning businesses and has coached over 1800 Leaders to build their leadership strengths and high performance teams through her IDEAL model. She has worked on building award winning teams from multi-million dollar motorways and water treatments plants to billion dollar rail and highway projects.
With a background in change management, organisational development and executive leadership, Dr Brenda Jamnik has over 30 years working in and with the infrastructure industry and has earned the respect of colleagues and clients for her pragmatic and adaptable approach. She is also an Internationally renowned Conference Speaker and Workshop Presenter, having spoken in 6 countries across Asia, Europe, America and South America including Australia, Brazil, Japan and Germany.
Brenda’s experience encompasses working with leading national and international companies as well as government organisations to identify and achieve their future business needs. She achieves this by facilitating, developing and implementing strategies to build and strengthen their human, systems and relationship capabilities; as well as financial and intellectual capital through cultural, organisational change and relationship development.
Brenda has a Doctorate of Business Leadership, was a State finalist in the Telstra Business Women’s Awards and is recognised in Stanford’s Who’s Who for her outstanding contribution to leadership.
Dr Brenda Jamnik has contributed to papers for the United Nations on a country’s ability to succeed and innovate, and conducted research contributing to the introduction of Traineeships in Schools in Australia.
Dr Brenda Jamnik is also the published author of When the Rubber Hits The Road – a practical and insightful book which provides leaders with the tools to successfully put the people equation together to make their leadership, projects and business a success.
She was also a regular columnist for the Sunshine Coast Daily and the Australian Institute of Training and Development.
For over 20 years, she has worked with Dr Don Beck, best known for working with DeKlerk and Mandella developing the post-apartheid framework for South Africa and Ichak Adizes the Father of Corporate Lyfecycles and founder of the Adizes University in California, where she co-lectured with Dr Don Beck.

Brenda is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and is the Deputy Chairman of The Caloundra Events Centre. She has been a member of 7 Boards including the Australian Institute of Training and Development (AITD) and the Business Women’s Consultative Council to the NT Chief Minister.
In her spare time, Brenda loves to work in her rainforest garden growing over 30 exotic spices, herbs and fruits; as well as over a hundred flowers including orchids and camellias.
